Spiritual Development Mentoring

This session allows you to discuss and engage in guided spiritual development activities and learn how to interpret your experiences to further your knowledge and connection to yourself and 'spirit'.

Each session is tailored to your healing and spiritual development needs or requirements and may include discussions about and practice of a number of these possibilities:

• intuitive reading of Tarot/Oracle cards
• use of healing crystals/pendulums
• connecting with spirit guides
• energy protection
• space clearing/cleansing practices
• energy healing techniques, spiritual connection and learning to "see" or develop other sensitivities
• individualised healing, guided meditations, shamanic journeying and breathing practices
• advancing your Reiki practice and healing skills and personal or professional development

There will be suggestions of things you can then go away and do or practise to support your ongoing development and progress.

These sessions can be used very flexibly to include some individual healing as well as mentoring.
