Lying fully clothed and comfortable, you'll be supported as the energy works to release tension and restore a sense of calm and flow. Many people find Reiki helps with stress, sleep, anxiety and that feeling of being 'stuck'.
Detzi is a certified Reiki Master Healer and Teacher in both Western and traditional Japanese Reiki.
