For anyone Reiki-trained, all levels and all lineages. These evenings include30 - 40 minutes of a shared teaching, meditation practice, healing technique or group discussion, and an opportunity to both give and receive Reiki healing (on a couch or seated as you prefer or need) in a friendly, supportive group. For those fairly new to Reiki, Detzi is on hand to offer guidance or answer questions. These groups are a lovely way to connect with like-minded people and develop your practice or refresh your knowledge and skills.
Price £13pp.
This session's offering for development is suggested to be offering a little background on some of the themes of Reiki's Japanese Shinto roots: musubi & kannagara. We will then practice a meditation with one of these themes in mind before sharing treatments.
