This event is now definite and here's the basic plan.
It is £15pp (which includes a donation to charity) and will be held on the land, and perhaps in the shed if the weather is particularly wet or cold (who knows?) at Langar Hall in Langar, Notts.
The session is meant to be fairly free flowing to enable us to feel our way to what we need in full support of the surrounding nature and fellow friends we will be amongst. However, the inkling I have for themes to follow for this intimate gathering are:
- allowing nature support you, connect you and heal you, totally enabling you the freedom to be wholly you and at peace with that
- just 'being' with yourself, with nature, with friends, just as you are in some quiet meditation and sharing
- shamanic drumming for healing, for yourself, for others, for the earth, for the love of creating a wonderful rhythm or two
- perhaps even some chanting or singing or clapping... again, who knows? But it will be soulful, nourishing & led by the group.
