Crystal Chakra Balance

Crystals all hold their own unique energetic vibration and, when used in the right way, can influence the energies of mind, body and spirit. In this wonderfully relaxing session, crystals are selected uniquely for you and are placed on or near the main energy centres of the body (the chakras). A crystal pendulum and/or clear quartz point is used alongside these crystals to cleanse and rebalance the energies of the chakras. A selenite wand will also be used to sweep the auric field and Reiki healing will flow throughout the treatment to help you welcome a sense of peace and harmony.

There are 7 major energy centres in the physical body and these are known as the chakras. When healthy, they behave like spinning vortices of energy ensuring the body is served with healthy, balanced energy and we feel good. The chakras run from the crown of the head down the whole of the central channel of the body to the base of the spine. When we suffer difficulties, pain, discomfort, loss or challenges on the emotional, mental or physical aspects of our being, the energies in the chakras are affected.
